Young male who presents at the practice after undergoing gynecomastia procedure by anotherplastic surgeon in 2012. He obtained good results but ended up with significant amount oflateral chest wall skin. Another intervention with removal of the remaining breast tissue as well as inferior and lateral chest wall skin was performed. Note the improvement on the chest in the area below the arm pit
