40-year-old female with history of very large breast since a young age that have started to cause upper back and shoulder pain, desires volume reduction to relieve her symptoms but still maintain a natural appearance, proportion to her body, and feminine appearance underwent a breast reduction. Note the pre-operative asymmetry with the left nipple slightly lower than the right. Anchor type reduction pattern.
