Approach: Standard volume reduction with inferior pedicle and Wise skin pattern closure.
Breast reduction volume R: 300 gm and L: 260 gm. Right breast was slightly larger and lateral to the breast midline.
Note: Patient about 5 weeks out from surgery. The redness of the scars is part of the normal wound healing and should lighten up in about 3-4 months out after surgery.
