Case Details
38 year old female, who presented with neck and shoulder pain. The patient underwent evaluation by her PCP, and conservative treatments did not alleviate her pain. Patient states being a DDD cup and would like to be about a D cup. Before size: DDD | After Size: D | Weight: 175 | BMI: 28. Approach: Standard volume reduction with inferior pedicle and Wise skin pattern closure. Breast reduction volume R: 300 gm and L: 300 gm.
