18-year-old female with history of large heavy breasts presented for evaluation due to shoulder and neck pain. The patient stated that she has tried NSAIDS with some relief but symptoms return right away. The patient also stated having difficulty with sports at school and had to wear multiple fitness bras in order to be able to participate in fitness activities. Weight 185 pounds. BMI: 32.
