Breast Reduction Before & After Case 10

18 y/o female who presented for evaluation due to shoulder and neck pain that has been going on for 2-3 years now. The patient stated that this caused her to have a significant amount of difficulty performing physical fitness and, despite the wear of multiple sports bras at a time, she still had difficulty. When she did this, it caused abrasions from the sports bras, specifically on the upper pole of both breasts. She also had problems finding properly fitting bras, and they’re a financial difficulty as a student. This also caused problems at work because of a lot of physical activity at work. We did also discuss the possibility of correction of the nipple inversion. Weight 173 pounds. BMI: 32.
