61 year old female who was seen to discuss bilateral breast implant exchange and breast lift. At the time of consultation, she said she wore a D to DD size bra. She was happy overall with the size, however she wished to address changes in the shape of the breasts due to breast volume increase as well as aging.BMI = 26.6
