Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 73

44-year-old female who presented for evaluation after undergoing a peri-areolar sub-muscular augmentation mammoplasty with 375cc saline implants 14 years ago. She said that, after childbearing, breastfeeding, and pregnancy changes, her implants shifted infra-laterally. She stated that she works out significantly and this made things worse. She desired a natural look, possibly with smaller implants. I offered to exchange the prosthesis for a silicone implant that would allow for more longevity and better feel.
