Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 72

43-year-old female that, after a moderate amount of weight loss, presented for evaluation with desire to improve the volume and projection of her buttocks. She felt that they were sagging and not perky enough. She also had breast augmentation in 2005 and wanted to discuss breast implant revision surgery. She stated that she was satisfied with the size but they dropped to the side too much. She also stated that the implants were saline.  We discussed implant exchange to silicone implant for better feel and prosthetic fill, as well as buttock fat grafting.
