Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 71

28-year-old female, with a complicated breast implant surgery history, presented for evaluation with desires for slightly larger volume that would enhance the width, as well as have decreased implant visibility. The patient had an initial submuscular augmentation mammoplasty performed in 2012, complicated with implant displacement due to working out (by patient report) in early 2013. The patient was dissatisfied with the look and animation deformity and desired to undergo plane exchange to sub-glandular placement in 2014. Patient had saline implants that were about 410 cc by patient report. Based on her online research, the patient desired extra-filled silicone gel implants. She also wanted to have a small lift effect on the surgery.
