Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 69

38 year old female who presented with desires to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had hardening of the right breast and sagging on the left breast. She had a previous history of breast augmentation, performed elsewhere, with 550 cc saline implants that were placed 12 years ago. Her breasts had changed with pregnancies, and she knew the left breast was saggy and displaced to the left when laying on her back. She wanted to have a rounder and more pronounced appearance to her breasts. She also mentioned that she had some asymmetry.
