Breast Implant Revision Before & After Case 68

62 year old female who was interested in breast lift and implant exchange. The patient had breast augmentation elsewhere, with saline implants, in 1995. She felt that the left implant was leaking and becoming smaller in size. She was also concerned with breast sagging. At the time of consultation she was cup size C/D and wished to be a B cup when the surgical process was complete. She desired implant exchange for silicone implants, with bilateral breast lift.
