42 year old female who presented for evaluation with desires to improve the appearance and restore the volume of her breasts. She felt that, after child bearing, the fullness and shape of her breasts were both significantly reduced. She wanted to have fuller, youthful looking breasts. A mastopexy on the right side only, in order to create symmetry, was also recommended.
