I had a breast reduction and Dr. Jones was my doctor. Her and Ruby walked me through each step. Mine was covered by insurance and it did not take long at all to get scheduled. Keep in mind if you use insurance there could be different things needed that could take longer but nothing to extreme. This was my first surgery ever so I was so nervous & I had no clue what to expect. Mine was completed at Blue Ridge. When I say from Dr. Jones to the staff everybody treated me like I was family. I felt in such good care! Dr. Jones called me the next day to check on me & has been walking me through recovery. I felt like Dr. Jones was my mom and Ruby was my aunt. Phenomenal team. I wish had done this 2 years ago! If you’re thinking about getting it done – get it done! Ask for Dr. Jones.

Dr. Ortiz is friendly, knowledgable, and truly cares for his patients. The head nurse at North Raleigh Plastic Surgery, Lauren, is absolutely incredible. She was friendly and inviting from the first time I met her. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable, answer my questions, calm my nerves, and make me feel like her number 1 priority. I cannot recommend North Raleigh Plastic Surgery enough! I will definitely be going there for more work.

Exactly What I asked For"
My experience with North Raleigh Plastic Surgery was amazing. They all made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Ortiz’s bedside manner and knowledge of what I wanted was just what I was looking for, Lauren was a God send!! I had some questions over the weekend after my surgery, when we contacted her she responded immediately and if I had any questions throughout the healing process she was right there with me! As far as my results go, I couldn’t be any happier, he listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for!! I would recommend this amazing team to anyone! Thank you all for such an amazing experience and for making me feel like me again!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Ortiz and his staff thank you for changing my life and making me a better me.
One last thing results are also based on the individual also you have to do and trust what the doctor says and dont deviate from what they ask you to do. I was a smoker and used Vape they told me I had two quit 2 weeks prior to surgery and I did. I have been quit now for 3 months and dont plan to go back. I did everything they ask me to do post op.
