Facelift

A male facelift restores definition, masculine features, and youthfulness without creating the appearance of having had “work” done. Depending on your needs, your surgeon may perform a full or mini facelift. In both cases, the surgeon makes incisions that are easily concealed, such as along the hairline, in the natural creases of the ears, or under the chin.

Unlike women, who can conceal their scars with makeup and longer hairstyles, men do not always have the same options for concealment. Our surgeons meticulously plan incision placement to preserve the natural hairline, sideburn, and beard distribution, ensuring they don’t reposition areas of facial hair growth to locations where they would appear unnatural.

Renuvion Skin Tightening

If you notice loose facial skin making you appear older than you are but don’t want to undergo cosmetic surgery, Renuvion skin tightening may be an option. Renuvion heats tissue just below the skin’s surface with a small, wand-like device that delivers helium plasma and radiofrequency energy. Its controlled heat stimulates collagen and elastin production, the building blocks of firm, smooth skin.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)

Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, removes loose, sagging skin and fat deposits around the eye. It can be performed on the upper eyelid to eliminate drooping skin and make the eyes look larger and more open. Performing blepharoplasty on the lower eyelid minimizes the appearance of lines and under eye bags. Many men combine their eyelid surgery with a brow lift for a much more youthful, attractive appearance.

Chin Augmentation

Many men choose chin augmentation to achieve more proportionate facial features, eliminate the look of a double chin, or strengthen their jawline and profile. The surgery involves inserting a custom-fitted silicone implant over the existing chin to create a more pronounced chin.

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty, or a nose job, is the most common facial cosmetic procedure for men and women. This procedure reshapes the nose and can include:

• Reducing the prominence of a larger nose
• Narrowing the bridge or reshaping it to remove any bumps
• Reducing the size of the nostrils
• Reshaping the tip of the nose

The goal of rhinoplasty for men is to achieve a proportionate nose while still having a strong, masculine appearance.

Liposuction

When diet and exercise don’t remove stubborn areas of fat, men often choose liposuction to eliminate the “dad bod” look and achieve a firmer, more toned physique. During this procedure, your surgeon uses a thin cannula to remove targeted fat cells and eliminate unattractive fat deposits. Liposuction for men can be performed on the upper arms, chest, back, and abdomen.

Male Breast Reduction

Gynecomastia, or breast tissue enlargement, is a common concern for male teens and adults. It’s often related to weight gain, genetics, hormonal changes, and certain medications. Many men with gynecomastia are self-conscious and uncomfortable with the look of their chest. Male breast reduction surgery minimizes this concern. During the procedure, Dr. Ortiz or Dr. Jones removes excess fat and glandular tissue and may also use liposuction to achieve a firmer, flatter chest with a more athletic appearance.

BOTOX® and Fillers

Cosmetic injectables are minimally invasive treatments that reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles or add definition and contour to facial features. Neuromodulators like BOTOX and Jeuveau® relax muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, such as laugh lines, crow’s feet, and worry lines between the eyebrows. Dermal fillers like JUVÉDERM® and Restylane® are popular options for filling in fine lines, restoring volume, and even minimizing the look of some scars. Cosmetic injectables are all designed to help men achieve a more youthful, vibrant appearance.

Penis Enhancement

Nonsurgical, minimally invasive penile enhancement is growing in popularity with men who are self-conscious about the size of their penis or who would like to provide more pleasure to their partner. During penile enhancement, injections of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring filler, are made into the penile shaft and glands. This adds thickness or girth and is completely customizable to your preference. Some men choose to have multiple rounds completed to meet their goals.
