39-year-old female who was seen for a chief complaint of macromastia, involving the bilateral breasts and associated with back pain, interference with activity, and neck pain. She also cited sagging on both breasts. Her cup size at the time of consultation was G, and her goal was to be as small as possible, or a D cup.

She was seen with the goal of resolving macromastia, involving the bilateral breasts and associated with sagging, back pain, interference with activity, neck pain, shoulder grooving, and shoulder pain. At the time of consultation her bra size was 38 and her cup size was DDD. Her desired cup size range was Full D.

42 year old female who was seen regarding moderate macromastia, involving the bilateral breasts and associated with sagging, back pain, interference with activity, shoulder grooving, and shoulder pain. She was interested in breast reduction. At the time of her consultation, her cup size was J. Her desired cup size range was Full C to Small D.

36-year-old female who presented for evaluation due to desires to have smaller breasts. The patient stated that she had a significant amount of shoulder and neck pain. She also stated that it is difficult for her to perform activities of daily living and perform fitness exercises. At the time of consultation, she stated that she wore a 36 G bra and wanted to be a large C or D cup.

25-year-old female who presented for evaluation due to having upper back and shoulder pain. The patient stated that this worsened with exercise and that she had to wear multiple bras to maintain control of her pain and breasts. At the time of consultation, she said that she wore a DD cup, and would like to be as small as possible.

18 y/o female who presented for evaluation due to shoulder and neck pain that has been going on for 2-3 years now. The patient stated that this caused her to have a significant amount of difficulty performing physical fitness and, despite the wear of multiple sports bras at a time, she still had difficulty. When she did this, it caused abrasions from the sports bras, specifically on the upper pole of both breasts. She also had problems finding properly fitting bras, and they’re a financial difficulty as a student. This also caused problems at work because of a lot of physical activity at work. We did also discuss the possibility of correction of the nipple inversion. Weight 173 pounds. BMI: 32.

18-year-old female with history of large heavy breasts presented for evaluation due to shoulder and neck pain. The patient stated that she has tried NSAIDS with some relief but symptoms return right away. The patient also stated having difficulty with sports at school and had to wear multiple fitness bras in order to be able to participate in fitness activities.
Weight 185 pounds. BMI: 32.

38 year old female, who presented with neck and shoulder pain. The patient underwent evaluation by her PCP, and conservative treatments did not alleviate her pain. Patient states being a DDD cup and would like to be about a D cup. Before size: DDD | After Size: D | Weight: 175 | BMI: 28. Approach: Standard volume reduction with inferior pedicle and Wise skin pattern closure. Breast reduction volume R: 300 gm and L: 300 gm.
Breast Reduction, bilateral reduction mammoplasty with a weight reduction of 300 grams from the left breast and 250 grams from the right.
39-year-old female with a history of very large and painful breasts and a significant amount of shoulder pain and neck pain. The patient states that for most of her life she has struggled with fitness and exercise due to the large breast size, as well as difficulty finding properly fitting bras and clothing.

Note: Patient about 5 weeks out from surgery. The redness of the scars is part of the normal wound healing and should lighten up in about 3-4 months out after surgery.

Note the pre-operative asymmetry with the left nipple slightly lower than the right. Anchor type reduction pattern.
