She was happy overall with the size, however she wished to address changes in the shape of the breasts due to breast volume increase as well as aging.

The patient’s 2006 surgery involved breast implant exchange (saline to silicone) with mastopexy. She also felt her right breast was drooping more than her left.

45-year-old female, who had a breast reduction in the past, presented for evaluation with desires to restore the upper pole fullness of her breasts. She felt that her breasts had become saggy and hollow on the top. She also felt that her nipples were too high-riding and wanted for them to be sitting on the mound of the breast. Also she stated that she never had buttocks in the past, and wanted to have shapely and round buttocks.

42-year-old female who presented for evaluation due to having an 80 lbs weight loss. The patient feels that despite adequate diet and exercise she is unable to achieve the desired contour in her torso and breasts. She desired her breasts to be perkier, seated higher on her chest, and the excess abdominal skin and fat to be removed to improve her waistline.
