I am 5 months post op and I am in love with my results! From the first consultation to the last follow-up, Dr. Jones and Ruby have been AMAZING! These ladies radiate loving what they do and building an awesome rapport with their patients, so you walk into a comfortable environment. I got a breast augmentation, and I am loving my results along with the much-needed boost in confidence. Dr. Jones took the time to answer all of my questions and put me at ease from the start. I did not feel rushed through any appointment and I certainly did not feel like just another patient walking through the door. Dr. Jones is a master at the art of plastic surgery!! It is nice to know that you can have a surgeon that is not only skilled at their craft, but also has the personal experience so she understands and can explain well what you will be going through. I love these ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!! I look forward to coming back to NRPS when it is time to get my implants redone. <3

Great professional staff. Everyone from the front desk to all the help in the back were truly amazing. Lauren was the best nurse I could have asked for and Dr. Ortiz is truly the best.

Dr. Kimberly Jones , Ruby Perez, Addie and Heather are nothing short of amazing. I felt comfortable about my cosmetic procedure from the first time l walked into the office. Dr. Jones and Ruby discussed the procedure and expectations through out the entire process. After my consultation, it was a no brainer that Dr. Jones is the surgeon I trust to perform my procedure. Dr. Jones provided me with her personal cell number in the event that I needed her after hours. My results superceded my expectations. I feel a great sense of confidence when I am getting dressed for the office or just lounging. My Tummy Tuck was the best investment that I have ever made for ME and my body. Stay tuned for photos!

I used Dr. Ortiz for Lipo 360 with Renuvion Skin Tightening in March 2024. The procedure went smoothly and I am happy with my results. Dr. Ortiz and the staff there were great! They were very patient with me and answered every question I have/had. Should I decide to have another procedure done, it will be with North Raleigh Plastic Surgery.

I am 50 year old Male These guys are simply awesome. Went in for gynecomastia my results were fabulous. Dr Ortiz and his staff Lauren, Heather, Amanda & Addy are top notch they make you feel at home and like you have known them for years. The care taking during and after the procedure was just simply great and should be a statement to any practice on how to treat patients. My results are just faboulus and I am very happy. I just wanted to say thank you to Dr. Ortiz and his staff thank you for changing my life and making me a better me. One last thing results are also based on the individual also you have to do and trust what the doctor says and dont deviate from what they ask you to do. I was a smoker and used Vape they told me I had two quit 2 weeks prior to surgery and I did. I have been quit now for 3 months and dont plan to go back. I did everything they ask me to do post op. Follow up from the last review. It has been over a year now and my results keep getting better.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take me through my most recent Breast Lift. I have had multiple procedures and this by far has been the best one yet. I wish I have came here alot sooner but it's ok because I plan on scheduling for some "Botched" work I recd elsewhere. My husband was against me doing this but I can say that he is more excited than I was. The results are much better than I thought. Dr. Jones and Ruby are the best! I feel so connected to them to which I can tell them anything. You can tell that they really care about their patients. She even made sure to call me back-to-back and check up on me. This is the place to go to if you want the work done right! You won't be disappointed. I cannot forget about Heather at the front desk with the nice, calming voice to welcome you.
