Lauren Jones – Practice Manager

Meet Lauren, the dedicated Practice Manager at North Raleigh Plastic Surgery. With a passion for organization and a commitment to smooth operations, Lauren ensures that every aspect of our practice runs efficiently. From coordinating schedules and managing patient needs to overseeing staff training and maintaining our facilities, Lauren’s meticulous attention to detail keeps our team on track. She also serves as a vital point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout their care journey. Lauren’s dedication to creating a positive and organized environment directly contributes to the success of our practice and the overall excellence of North Raleigh Plastic Surgery. 

Lauren is also a proud mom of two busy teenagers and two energetic Goldendoodles.  Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, reading, and relaxing by the pool in the summer. 

Adacelys Perez – Patient Care Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, Addy is responsible for managing surgical quotes, handling financials, and coordinating surgery scheduling to ensure a seamless experience for patients.  Addy attended Appalachian State University and is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

She adopted her dog, Cody, in October and enjoys spending time with him.  In her free time, Addy loves reading, exploring new restaurants, and watching movies. 

Her goal is always to ensure that every patient she works with feels comfortable, valued, and truly listened to.  Addy is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease throughout their care.  Helping others and making a positive impact in their lives is what motivates her every day.

Kishni Holley – Front Desk Coordinator

Kishni is a dedicated professional who brings passion and energy to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her supportive husband, their wonderful daughter, and their beloved fur babies. A true travel enthusiast, Kishni loves to explore new places, cultures, and experiences. When she’s not adventuring, you can often find her enjoying good times with friends, whether it’s catching up over tea or enjoying a fun night out. Her dynamic approach to life blends work and play, making her a vibrant and approachable member of the team.

Kishni is a welcoming and highly organized professional who plays a key role in the smooth operation of our plastic surgery office. She is often the first friendly face patients see when they arrive. She will help manage scheduling, coordinate appointments, and ensure that every patient’s experience is as seamless and comfortable as possible.

With a background in customer service and office administration, Kishni is adept at handling a variety of tasks while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor. She is committed to ensuring that all of our patients feel informed and supported throughout their journey with us, from initial consultation to post-operative care.

Shannon Floyd – Registered Nurse

Shannon is a skilled surgical nurse and dedicated mom of three.  She is also a loving wife who values spending quality time with her family.  Outside of work, Shannon enjoys relaxing at the lake, reading, and loving on her dogs.  Her family is her top priority, and she treasures the moments spent together.  Shannon’s compassionate natures extends beyond her personal life, as she brings a caring and supportive presence to her work as a surgical nurse.
